1. Baby your digestion

Your gut health is directly connected to the health of your skin. Un diagnosed food
allergies, traditional dairy, and gut infections can all cause acne, rosacea, and oily
skin. Here are some of the best ways to ensure your gut is in tip top shape and,
therefore, your skin!


 Limit gut inflaming foods (note—this is individualized). For me, dairy is
very inflammatory, for others maybe soy and corn. Listen to your body!


Drink bone broth - bone broth contains collagen and amino acids lysine
and glycine, which work to rebuild the soft tissue of our intestines and
heal our gut. It’s a gut healers dream!


Eat probiotics: organic sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, and kefir are all
great options.


Support your stomach acid: If you struggle with bloating, heartburn, or
gas after meals, low stomach acid may be to blame. Try drink 1 TB raw
Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of water 10 minutes before your meal to
stimulate acid production.
